Lorenzo Staltari, Executive Chef

A chef with endless imagination

After gaining vast experience both nationally and internationally (mosiman, sadler, the san domenico restaurant in imola), since 2010 Lorenzo Staltari has been the executive chef in the casinó campione d’italia kitchens, accompanied by sous-chefs marino roncoroni and roberto monti. Lorenzo has won a host of medals, including 10 golds, 11 silvers, 2 bronzes and 4 trophies in major international gourmet competitions from the olympics to the world championships.

He confesses: i’ve always wanted to be a chef. Transforming a passion into a profession is an ambitious, exciting goal that requires a careful analysis of your own talents and the desire to perfect your own skills. It’s much more than just knowing how to cook! Being a chef is an all-round activity that demands real commitment. LORENZO Staltari enhances genuine, typical products to create special recipes with new flavour combinations. His skill also lies in running three restaurants at the casino and coordinating a team of 13 chefs and 4 pastry chefs. It is thanks to staltari that the casino can combine the thrill of gaming with the exquisite taste of the changing seasons.
